Punch Up:
Barbados edition
On August 16, 2019, Rum Royale hosted an epic rum punch battle at Harbourfront Centre in celebration of National Rum Day. In partnership with Barbados on the Water and sponsored by Mount Gay Rum, three competitors threw down for the title of the best rum punch. Guests got to sample all punches and voted for their favorite which in the end was Monica Carbonell of Liquid Culture, a frequent guest on the Social. Thanks to Brenton Mowforth, Cheers to Happy Hour and Amanda Chen, Salty Paloma, our other gracious competitors, as well as all of our awesome volunteers!
